01 → check in
you'll fill out a quick intake form at the front desk, then head to the lounge. nothing formal—just a few minutes to settle in before your appointment.
better skin starts with showing up.
02 → cleanse + treat
at the washbar, your esthetician will choose a cleanser based on your skin type and what's going on that day. then comes the actual work: a customized 45-minute treatment built around what your skin needs right now, not what worked for someone else.
03 → get informed
after your facial, your esthetician will walk you through what they did, what they're seeing, and what to do at home. if you want product recs, they've got them. if you want to book your next appointment, even better. this is where the plan comes together.

after struggling with acne as a teenager, our founder knew she wanted a career rooted in helping people feel confident in their skin. after years working in plastic surgery offices and hospitals, she opened her medical aesthetics practice, FBE—now facebarRx. recognizing that great skin is built through consistency, not one-off treatments, she created facebar: an accessible, modern approach to skincare, made to fit real life.

Meet Dr. Lisa Madarang, our Medical Director and board-certified Internal Medicine physician with over two decades of clinical experience. Practicing since 2003, she has been injecting for more than 20 years and is highly regarded for her expertise in Botox, dermal fillers, and medical-grade skincare. Dr. Madarang believes in aesthetics as a tool to enhance natural beauty—not change it—and is deeply committed to helping patients look refreshed, confident, and like the best version of themselves.
